Insurance

I have been sick since before Christmas. It has been horrible. I have been in and out of the hospital, on IV's and haven't eaten solid food since the 18th. It can be so depressing. Laying here, having way too much time to think. It becomes very depressing. Scary.

I started thinking about how important my insurance was. If I didn't have my medical insurance, my life would be in a terrible state right now. I am young. I shouldn't be getting this sick.

One thing I did find interesting is this website that shows all the different kinds of insurances and how much you can save. They have cheap insurance quotes.

Insurance is so expensive, but not having it is WAY WORSE. I am all for finding the best coverage at the best price. Especially right now. It is not a good time to be without coverage. I hope you all have good coverage and use it. Keep yourself healthy. You don't want to just let yourself go and have to deal with health problems. It isn't worth it.

One day you will look up, it will be 20 years later, and you will say "How did I get here?" "What happened to me?"

I have been so sick. I have had the flu since Saturday. Today is the first day I have been able to sit upright. I am so tired of laying in this bed. I think I have consumed more Gatorade than can be made in a day and the only solid food I have had is some oyster crackers, a spoonful of oatmeal and a banana since Saturday. It totally sucks!

I am hoping the worst is over. I don't think it will be much of a Christmas since I will be sleeping the whole time. I hate being sick. I want to go back to work.

I feel so useless.

So I got a new iPhone today. My hubs wanted one so he took my old one and I got the new one. I always wanted the white one and now I have it. The one thing it has that my old one didn't have is the video recording. OH LOARD......ARE WE IN TROUBLE!!

I drive everyone nuts with my movie making skills!! But hey....you like watching them, right? I can hold the moment in time forever!......I don't know what the problem is with that.

I got a pretty purple cover for it. I wanted to make sure you could see part of the white and they have these covers that have the apple symbol on the back so you could see the color. I made my friend go all over the place.....in the rain today.....looking for one. And I finally found the perfect case for it. I would take a picture....but it is on the phone....not gonna work!

It's been a good day today. Really good.

It kind of looks like this but the silver Apple is actually a hole in the shape of an Apple. It's so pretty!

Getting Hair Done

I just found this picture of me on my computer. I look like I am a mafia nun!

Why I just had to share this, I don't know.....but there you have it.

It has been so long since I updated. I haven't been on my computer in so long, it said the date was 1994. My poor computer has felt left out I think. I haven't had any time to write anything lately. I go to work, go to training, go to the bathroom, go to bed. I GO TO so many things! So today (my day off for working tomorrow) I decided to get my puppy groomed and while I wait I am sitting in Starbucks updating my blog. YAY!!

Great....I just got off the phone with the groomer. I was trying to meet someone in the city this afternoon, but Maui (my dog) won't be done until 2:30-3:00 pm. Why does it take so long to groom a dog? I only take 15 minutes!! Fine....I understand that dogs are all hair. I suppose if I had to blow dry my entire body it would take a little longer, but 5 hours??

So now I am going to have to stay in this area for at least 3 hours. What can I do? Any ideas?
